A hybrid technical and commercial role — build the tooling that gets Q4 into analysts’ hands, and carry what you learn back into the product.
Q4 is building research infrastructure for the Saudi market — earnings calls, transcripts, filings and financials for Tadawul-listed companies, in one workspace where every answer traces back to its source. We are a small team in Riyadh, and the people who join now shape how the product works.
Work directly with the founders on growth and distribution.
Build lightweight tools, workflows and experiments that support go-to-market.
Onboard early users and turn their feedback into concrete product changes.
Support integrations, demos and technical sales conversations.
Find the friction between what the product does and what makes customers adopt it.
Move quickly across product, data and go-to-market work rather than staying in one lane.
Technical enough to work comfortably with APIs and product tooling.
Strong communication — written and in front of customers.
Comfortable speaking directly with analysts and investment teams.
High ownership: you decide what needs doing and then do it.
Comfortable at startup speed, with the ambiguity that comes with it.
Genuine interest in financial technology, AI, and the Saudi market.
Experience at an early-stage company where the role had no fixed edges.
Familiarity with financial research workflows or capital markets.
Arabic alongside English.
Small team, short feedback loops, and very little process between an idea and something users can try.
You will work directly with the founders rather than through layers.
We care about precision — this is financial data, and being approximately right is not good enough.
