01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of q4.sa, the Q4 web application, Q4 Chat, Q4’s financial research tools, company financial data, filings and document viewers, earnings calls and transcripts, AI-generated research features, model and spreadsheet generation tools, and any APIs, MCP connections, or integrations Q4 makes available (together, the “Service”), provided by Q4 Intelligence Company (“Q4,” “we,” or “us”), a limited liability company registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration No. 1010976680).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, where applicable.
These Terms are not Q4’s enterprise customer contract. Where Customer has entered into a signed order form, subscription agreement, or other enterprise agreement with Q4 (including a Terms of Service, a Data Processing Agreement, or a Service Level Agreement), that signed agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
02Eligibility and Accounts
You’re responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping it up to date. You’re responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them in a way that lets someone else access the Service as you. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Q4 may suspend or restrict an account it reasonably believes has been compromised or used abusively, in order to protect that account and the Service.
03Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the Service for legitimate investment research, company research, financial analysis, and internal business or research workflows.
04Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- access any part of the Service you’re not authorized to access, or attempt to bypass its security or access controls;
- scrape, crawl, or otherwise bulk-extract data from the Service at a scale or frequency beyond normal, individual use;
- reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except to the extent applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction;
- interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
- introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service;
- use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
- attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, access credentials, or other underlying secrets of the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service, or its data or AI-generated outputs, as a standalone product without Q4’s authorization; or
- access the Service through automated means outside of Q4’s approved APIs or integrations.
05Financial Research Disclaimer
Q4 provides financial research and information tools to support your own research and decision-making.
06AI-Generated Content
Some Service outputs are generated or assisted by AI, drawing on one or more AI or model providers Q4 works with.
07Data Sources and Third-Party Information
The Service may surface information derived from public filings, financial disclosures, earnings calls and transcripts, market and news sources, and other third-party data providers. That information remains subject to its original source’s own rights and terms. Q4 does not guarantee that third-party sources are complete or error-free, and the availability of a particular source may change over time.
08User Content
“User Content” means prompts, uploaded documents and files, integration data, and other material you submit to or through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you give Q4 the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content in order to provide the Service to you. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to submit anything you provide.
09Confidentiality of Customer Content
Q4 handles User Content and other customer content in accordance with the agreements applicable to your use of the Service, Q4’s Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
10Intellectual Property
Q4 and its licensors retain all rights in the Service’s software, interface, branding, proprietary workflows, and underlying platform technology. Q4 does not claim ownership over the underlying public financial information the Service presents. Subject to these Terms, Q4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
11Feedback
If you send Q4 feedback or suggestions about the Service, you agree Q4 may use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation to you. This section doesn’t give Q4 any rights to intellectual property you own that is unrelated to that feedback.
12Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service relies on and may connect to third-party services, including AI model providers, external integrations, APIs, MCP connections, and links to third-party sites. Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them.
13Availability and Changes
Q4 may update the Service, modify or discontinue features, and perform maintenance from time to time. Any uptime or support commitments are set out in a signed Service Level Agreement or customer agreement, where one applies to you, rather than in these Terms.
14Fees and Paid Services
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Paid features may be governed by an order form, subscription terms, or a separate customer agreement between you (or your organization) and Q4, which will set out the applicable fees and billing terms.
15Suspension and Termination
Q4 may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, security threats, unlawful use, or, where applicable, non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Account deletion is currently handled by our team on request rather than as a self-service control in the product — contact us at contact@q4.sa.
16Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable to your organization, a Data Processing Agreement.
17Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a signed agreement between you (or your organization) and Q4, Q4 does not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in this section disclaims a warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
18Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Q4’s liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service is limited as set out in applicable law and in any signed customer agreement or order form that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
19Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Q4 harmless from third-party claims arising out of: (a) your unlawful use of the Service; (b) infringement caused by User Content you provide; or (c) your breach of these Terms.
20Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law and dispute-resolution process for these Terms will be set out here once finalized. Where a signed customer agreement or order form specifies governing law or a dispute process, that agreement controls for the parties to it.
21Changes to These Terms
Q4 may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and may communicate the change through the Service or other reasonable means. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
