01Pilot Program
Q4 Intelligence Company (“Q4,” “we,” or “us”), a limited liability company registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration No. 1010976680), may provide selected users or organizations (“Pilot Participant,” “you”) access to an early or pilot version of the Q4 service (the “Pilot”) for evaluation and feedback. These Pilot Terms and Conditions (“Pilot Terms”) govern that access.
These Pilot Terms are separate from Q4’s general Terms of Use and any Terms of Service that apply to generally available or paid Q4 services. Where you have a signed customer agreement or Order Form that specifically covers your Pilot access, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these Pilot Terms.
02Eligibility and Access
Q4 may, at its discretion:
- approve or decline participation in the Pilot;
- limit the number of seats or users;
- restrict which features are available during the Pilot;
- set or change the duration of the Pilot; and
- revoke Pilot access where Q4 reasonably considers it necessary.
03Evaluation Purpose
Pilot access is provided primarily for testing, evaluation, research-workflow validation, and product feedback. Pilot Participants should not rely on the Pilot as their sole source for investment, legal, accounting, or other business decisions.
04No Investment Advice
Q4 provides research tools and information, not investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, legal advice, accounting advice, or tax advice.
05Pilot Availability
Pilot features may change, be removed, be interrupted, be unavailable, or perform differently from a future generally available version of the Service. Q4 does not commit to any uptime target for the Pilot. Q4’s Service Level Agreement does not apply to Pilot access unless specifically agreed in writing.
06Feedback
You may provide feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and feature requests about the Pilot. You agree Q4 may use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation to you. This section doesn’t give Q4 any rights to your intellectual property that is unrelated to that feedback.
07Customer / User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Pilot, such as prompts, uploaded documents, and other material (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you give Q4 the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content in order to provide the Pilot to you.
08Confidentiality
Where the Pilot exposes non-public Q4 product functionality, roadmap, technical information, or other material Q4 identifies as confidential, you agree to keep that information confidential and not disclose it outside your organization without Q4’s permission.
Q4 handles your confidential information in accordance with the agreements applicable to your Pilot access and, where applicable, the Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Agreement.
09Intellectual Property
Q4 retains ownership of the Service’s software, product, branding, platform, proprietary workflows, and underlying technology. Participating in the Pilot does not give you any ownership rights in the Service.
10Acceptable Use
During the Pilot, you agree not to:
- use the Pilot for any unlawful purpose or in an abusive manner;
- access any part of the Pilot you’re not authorized to access;
- share your login credentials in a way that lets someone else access the Pilot as you;
- introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- conduct security testing or penetration testing against the Pilot without Q4’s prior written permission;
- scrape or bulk-extract data from the Pilot at an abusive scale;
- reverse engineer the Pilot, except to the extent applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction; or
- resell or redistribute access to the Pilot without Q4’s permission.
11Third-Party Services
The Pilot may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI model providers, document-processing providers, data providers, and integrations. The availability and performance of these third parties may affect the Pilot, and is outside Q4’s direct control.
12Data and Privacy
Q4’s handling of personal data during the Pilot is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
13Pilot Data / Data Retention
Q4 may retain data generated or submitted during the Pilot as necessary to operate, secure, and evaluate the Pilot, subject to the Privacy Policy, a Data Processing Agreement where applicable, and applicable law.
14Security
Q4 uses reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information within the Pilot. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the level of security appropriate for the Pilot may differ from what applies to a future generally available version of the Service.
15Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation in the Pilot is provided without charge. Future paid access to Q4 may require a separate subscription, Order Form, or customer agreement. Pilot access does not guarantee future pricing or continued access.
16Suspension and Termination
Q4 may suspend or terminate your Pilot access for misuse, security concerns, breach of these Pilot Terms, the end of the Pilot, or other business or product reasons. You may stop participating in the Pilot at any time. Q4 does not promise continued access to the Pilot.
17Transition to Paid Service
The Pilot does not automatically convert into a paid subscription or commercial contract. Any later commercial relationship between you and Q4 requires a separate agreement, which may include an Order Form, Terms of Service, a Data Processing Agreement, a Service Level Agreement, or other signed agreements.
18Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Pilot is provided on an evaluation, “as is,” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Pilot Terms or in a signed agreement between you (or your organization) and Q4, Q4 does not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in this section disclaims a warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
19Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Q4’s liability arising out of or related to your participation in the Pilot is limited as set out in applicable law and in any signed customer agreement or Order Form that applies to you. Nothing in these Pilot Terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law and dispute-resolution process for these Pilot Terms will be set out here once finalized. Where a signed customer agreement or Order Form specifies governing law or a dispute process, that agreement controls for the parties to it.
21Changes to These Pilot Terms
Q4 may update these Pilot Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and may communicate the change through the Pilot or other reasonable means.
