Every Saudi listed company publishes a board of directors' report each year, alongside its financial statements. It's where the company explains its strategy and results, and discloses what the Capital Market Authority requires: who sits on the board, what they and senior executives are paid, related-party transactions, penalties, risks and dividend policy.
Q4 keeps each board report three ways:
- As chapters. List sections splits the report into its chapters, each tagged with a standard category. Retrieve a section returns one chapter's text, paragraph by paragraph with pages, and its tables.
- As figures. Every number in its tables, such as board pay, meeting attendance and related-party amounts, is in List figures with its page and position. Filter with
document_id. - As the whole text. Retrieve document text returns the full report as Markdown with page markers.
Following a topic across years
Because chapters share categories, you can line up the same disclosure year after year, whatever each report called it:

Chapters that cover several topics are split into one section per category where the report allows, so each section is about one thing.
