Dividends
Each dividend has its board decision date, eligibility date and distribution date, plus the amount per share and in total. trailing_12m_yield uses the latest close.
Corporate actions
Rights issues, bonus shares, capital increases and reductions, buybacks and splits, with the shares and capital before and after. Price history is adjusted using these.
