WebSocket errors

Error messages and close codes.

Problems with a message you sent come back as an error message, and the connection stays open:

Close codes

Code	Meaning	What to do
`4000`	Bad message	Fix the message format.
`4401`	Missing or invalid key	Check `api_key`. Don't retry.
`4403`	Plan doesn't include this stream	Upgrade, or use a stream your plan has.
`4429`	Too many connections	Close another connection first.
`1001`	Server restarting	Reconnect with backoff.
